The Oregon Food Bank offered its expertise from its own garden and farm projects and offered a 5-week course called Seed to Table, providing information to inmates on organic gardening in the Pacific Northwest.

Oregon Metro offers us ongoing advice in composting. Our goal is to compost all usable kitchen scraps to enrich the soil and reduce garbage collection costs.
